Back To Basic International was established in 2007 by Penny Leung. Our philosophy is to help people elevate their awareness in what to change, how to align with their actions that are required in order to become the person they would like to be.
Our mission is to help individuals and corporate clients bring out the best in people, to help our clients unleash their fullest potential through our training, coaching and consultancy.
We nurture our clients with care to build their personal and professional brand not only in their appearance but also in how to build their career successfully by enhancing their interpersonal skills, understanding social and business etiquette and handling cultural diversity.
Besides being well-equiped in skill set and knowledge, we believe that having that positive attitude, right mindset and creativity is extremely vital and would be the key to success.

Penny is passionate about supporting individuals who want to change and are ready for a self-discovery journey to create the “look good, feel good” factor. She is committed to connecting with her clients to help them for a better understand about the keys to creating new break-through. Her work style is creative, caring and friendly. She would empower her clients to nurture positive attitudes, building the foundation for significant self improvements.
She is an award-winning image consultant from the renowned Image Consultancy Colour Me Beautiful and a certified image consultant and corporate trainer in Professional Image, Etiquette and Communication Skills. With her professional training as a coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she is capable to help her clients explore their inner and outer beauty to excel with confidence in both personal life and their professions.
Having resided and worked in numerous countries across 4 continents besides her home in Hong Kong, Penny has the experience of working with people from all walks of life with different cultural background. Her delivery approach is grounded in business and management and honed through years of corporate working experience with senior executives, professionals and business owners.
Penny and her team always strive to learn and consider it as an on-going process with each client they coach. They share with their clients the up-to-date news and know-how to keep up with the fast moving pace in our daily life personally and professionally.
